Bombay Sapphire has shelved its global cocktail competition, Most Imaginative Bartender, in favour of The Glasshouse Project, a conceptual training programme for bartenders. 

Little Red Door’s Remy Savage became Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender yesterday, prevailing from a field of international finalists on the gin brand’s home soil, the UK.

Matteo Vanzi of Italy became Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender yesterday, triumphing on home soil against a field of ten other national finalists.
